Starting life in the shed of founder, Ian Stewart’s garden in Peckham, South East London, since 2013 we have been building an independent, family run brewery in South East London.  With quality, innovation and choice in our heart, we make world class beer that is accessible and inclusive but equally creative and whilst London is our home, the world is our inspiration. Brick is passionate about building great quality beer to challenge the perception of the everyday beer drinker.  By producing a broad range of beers, Brick has a beer for everyone and every occasion whether that’s a picnic in the park, dinner at home with the family or celebrating a special occasion; Right Beer, Right Time.
